Hi, we’re Neuroblitz. A science communication lab with a consultancy heart, based in Cologne, Germany. We exist to facilitate change in organizations, careers and lives, using applied improvisation.

Dr. Benjamin Hartwig
Dr. Ben Hartwig is an experienced speaker, trainer, scientist and actor. He is part of the renowned improv ensemble Premierefabrik based in Cologne and founder of Neuroblitz - Science, Improvisation, Communication.
The trained biologist combines science and improvisational theatre to create innovative workshops, seminars and speeches. As a result of his good work, Dr. Ben Hartwig has been awarded as speaker and actor multiple times. Additionally, he has worked on multiple scientific publications on epigenetics and genetics.

Michael Geusen
Michael Geusen is doing his postgraduate studies in Adult Education & Life Long Learning and is NLP-Practitioner. Thanks to his strong interest in psychology, communication, pedagogy and digital media, he enriches the Neuroblitz team with valuable impulses.
In addition to his work as an educator and coach, he is also responsible for the co-creation of and assistance in the Neuroblitz® workshops and courses, as well as the community management.

Important Lesson about my own Mindset
The workshop was very thoughtful. It not only provided an insight about managing team dynamics but also helped me understand my own mindset while interacting in different situations.

My experience in working with Dr Ben Hartwig, was extremely valuable and helpful. What’s most important, is that most of his remarks and ideas, will follow me in similar challenges in the future.
